The video installation, interspersed with photographs, consists of sixteen screens incoherently displayed. No linearity is suggested. For each screen seating is provided, offering time. They are welcomed by seating to encourage durational looking. Thus, visitors can construct their own stories. This combination of disorderliness and the comfort of seating is the material, practical, but primarily artistic concept of the exhibition. The sixteen episodes each have their autonomous point, meaning, and narrative content, but they are also related. That relationship is not fixed and is left to visitors to build. The visitor as co-maker is here the underlying concept.
