This book is currently under peer review. In it, I analyse the way making images helps thought. I make a strong case for what I don’t like to call “artistic research”, for reasons I explain in the book. Instead, “image-thinking” is the activity to make images as a way of producing “thought-images”. The book is a plea for the creative potential of making images in order to enable more creative ideas to emerge. Specifically, I unpack the way my filmmaking has become a mode of practicing cultural analysis. I hope to hear soon about the peer reviews.
